At US Fripe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage and secondhand finds. If an item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all US Fripe tags are still attached and the garments are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
